僕は今まで数ヶ月くらいの間にゲームやってないんだ。挌闘ゲームが大好きで、もう発売したストリートファイターX鉄拳が欲しがる！昔挌闘ゲームのキャラクターからインスピレーションが受けて、デザイナーとかイラストレーターになろうと考えた。だから欲しがる！でも自分の作品を作ったり、どこかに出かけた方が満足できる。もうちょっと買うのを待つ。

I havent been playing video games these last few months. I love fighting games so Ive really been wanting to get the new SFXTekken. I was so inspired by fighting game characters in the past I felt I wanted to become a designer/illustrator. Makes me want to get it more. Though doing person works and going out is far more gratifying. Ill try to wait a while before I buy another game...

Studies and stuff

Taking some time to do more backgrounds since most of the work I'm doing these days is characters. BGs are kicking my a$$! Studies in particular. When Im looking at a photo or painting to study, I believe I'm choosing the colour I'm seeing but then its totally wrong. Colours appear quite differently depending on what they're sitting next to. Desaturated yellow-browns elude me.

^最初から色を塗るようにした。最近モノクロのキャラクターを描くのが多いので、色に恐れてしまいました。このキャラクターは元々泥棒だけど、近頃メイジの頭を打つかって、ウォンドと呪文書を盗んだ。
Tryin some straight to color painting. Since I did many B&W characters recently, I started to feel intimidated with colour as the only thing I was doing in colour were studies.
This guy was originally just a thief but recently he knocked some mage in the back of the head and jacked his cheap stick wand and spell book.

長すぎですね。バリから帰った後、他の人のキャラクターを描いていて、忙しかった。下記見本があって、もっと見たいなら、ここに全部ある。

新婚旅行

明日から家内と一緒にバリに行って、一週間ぐらい泊まる！

最近あまりにも疲れすぎて、家に帰ったら、絵を描きたくなる。この旅行でリフレッシュできればいいなー。
From tomorrow, Kayo and I will go to Bali and stay for a week!
Recently Ive been so tired, when I get home I dont feel like arting. Hopefully I can refresh during this trip.


＾家内にロシアと羽というテーマで、着るのに十分実用的なものをデザインをさせた。これは僕のデザイン。
I gave Kayo a theme 'Russia/Feather' to work on for a small design project, keeping the design practical. This is my take on it.

Done on the Tobu Isesaki and Hanzomon lines.
