最近すごく忙しいんだけど、この前に友達と一緒にゲームセンターに行って、スーパースト4AEをやった。普段はゲームセンターに行くと、格闘ゲームしかやらないんだけど、今回は他のゲームもやった。ダリアスバーストは超面白かった。四人同時にできるし、画面は長くて、見やすい。メタルギアーアーケードもやったけど、3Dを見てて、ちょっと頭痛がした。これからは出かける時、カメラを絶対持っていく。 写真がないとよんでても、よく分からないよね。

Been quite busy with work these days but I hit up an arcade with my buddy a bit ago and dove into so some more SSF4 AE! If I go to the arcade I usually just play fighting games but we tried some others this time around. Darius Burst was hella fun! Its like the typical 2d shooter but its 4 players on two wide-screens! I also tried Metal Gear Arcade but the 3D gave me a headache. Its kinda whack talking about this without pics haha. I need to start carrying my small camera at all times.

Maybe you've seen some of this work over on my deviantart. These are concepts for the game "Trudy's Mechanicals" which is an iPad strategy RPG. This game is still in the works. 

Nikko - 日っ光

 

^日光から帰った！ 一番上のは江戸村でタイムスリップみたいな感じだ。紅葉はすごかった。

徳川家康の東照宮も見に行った。

Just got back from Nikko! We went to Edo Wonderland(though in Japanese its simply called "Edo Village") which is sort of like a "theme park" of Old Tokyo. Tokyo was called Edo up until the Meiji era, where it then undertook a western look and became the new capitol of Japan.

We also went to Tokugawa Ieyasu's grave/shrine who was the founder of the Tokugawa Shogunate.

The autumn leaves everywhere were so many colours. Red, orange, yellow, pretty much the whole spectrum of warm colours. It was so cold but well worth it.

Kayo made this for my birthday earlier this month. THANKS SO MUCH! She's gotten so much better at making clothing.

Nasu - 那須

かよの友達と一緒に那須に行った。那須はいい場所だね。高いビルがないし、一面緑です。クモはちょっとすごかったけど！風景を描きたかったから、もっと長い滞在したら良かった。一泊だけど。かよの友達も絵を描けるから、次回スケッチしよう！

We stayed one night in Nasu(closest hut in the 2nd panorama) with Kayo's friend and her boyfriend. Its such a relaxing place, no tall buildings and all green. The spiders caught me off guard though! I wish we could have stayed longer cause I wanted to draw some of what I was seeing. Kayo’s buddies also do art too so next time I hope we can kick some lines!

Pancake flavored milk! I love pancakes but I was a little hesitant on trying it. Next time I'll definitely give it a try!
